HTTA values and respects your privacy. Information you provide is safe, secure and confidential. For all orders, we take your name, contact and payment information. For customers who register and create an account, we record specific details of order/s - such as style number, size and color - for convenience in re-ordering and order tracking. When you join our newsletter, we store your name and email address on our list. We do not share personal information with any third-parties.
SHIPPING
Upon confirmation of availability, your purchase will be shipped either directly from the manufacturer's warehouse or our store. Shipping is calculated by our actual cost for shipping. We do not add "Handling" fees. Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority or USPS. Please note: rush or special shipping requests are accommodated at cost of customer.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with our product, it may be returned for an exchange or a full refund within 30 days. If there is a manufacturer's defect, we will replace or refund the item. All returns are credited to original payment method. All exchanges are charged or credited to original payment method when exchange is processed. Any additional method of payment will not be processed and will be returned to you by mail.
